The 2nd dimension will focus on National, Regional and Local Public Administration personnel and Experts, educating them into effective interaction with mobile EU citizens

The 3rd dimension will focus on the local societies. The acceptance of mobile EU citizens into activities organized and implemented at a local level will be cultivated and fostered.
